Connect Systems is a highly successfully IT support and services company, based in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Founded in 1992, Connect Systems has a well established industry reputation, with the vast majority of our new customers coming to us from word-of-mouth recommendations from existing clients.
Since foundation, Connect Systems has grown considerably over the years and now trades as a Limited Liability Partnership. We have a personal ownership of the business which we feel gives us a greater customer focus; building and maintaining our relationship with our customers is a key part of our philosophy and success. Each customer has their own Account Manager and two principal assigned engineers so that there is an ongoing relationship built between us and you.
Every project we work on is different and since our work is more service than product oriented, our business relies on intangibles such as flexibility and the personal commitment of our staff.
Our engineering team are highly experienced and have an extensive portfolio of technical skills, as well as being personable and articulate individuals who can communicate with our customers. Engineers rotate between being at customer site and providing technical support on our helpdesk. Our Helpdesk Supervisor oversees the running of the helpdesk, ensuring that we meet our SLA’s and that there is always continuity.
Our engineering team also includes specialists who look after our Disaster Recovery and Hosting services. Additionally we have a cabling team who carry out data cabling, electrical work and audio visual installations.
For larger projects we appoint one of our experienced Project Managers to co-ordinate all activities, manage project risks and ensure that the project remains on time and on budget.
Many of the key members of our team have been with us for over 10 years.
