PAT Testing (Portable Appliance Test)

The Electricity at Work Act 1989 states that the employer should take precautions against the risk of death or personal injury from electricity at work. The Portable Appliance Test (PAT) uses specialist equipment to test the safety of each item used by staff, or the public.

As an IT company we feel we are well positioned to be able to safely test your PC equipment without causing data corruption or unnecessary disruption to your staff.

Our team of fully qualified electricians can inspect and test electrical appliances to ensure they are safe to use. The test yields a full report illustrating each appliance tested and whether or not it is safe for use, highlighting areas of concern which we can then act upon.
