Hosted Server Solutions From as little as £250 per month we offer hosted server solutions which are fully managed from our secure data centre. These solutions provide a flexible affordable offering for small businesses, allowing users to access their email/data and shared applications from any location providing they have an internet connection.

Hosted Server Standard Edition
Key Points:
This solution will suit small businesses with the following criteria:

• Users that are distributed across multiple locations (or require access to the system from home and the office)
• Businesses that don’t want the daily responsibility of housing and managing a server.
• Companies that want to avoid large capital investments in IT.
• Businesses that don’t want the uncertainty of what next years IT spend will be.
• Growing businesses that want to add users and sites quickly.

Technical Specification:
5 User hosted server environment including the following:

• Exchange email 5 user (Email plus shared calendars and contacts)
• Open Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint compatible product)
• Daily backup of server of up to 100Gb data
• System Monitoring and telephone support for hosted system
• Storage facilities for email and data for up to 100Gb
• Ability to synchronize email onto a windows mobile based phone
• Anti Virus on the server

Notes:
Remote access will be via terminal services client
Above assumes user site has am internet connection and PC or thin client device with RDP

• Companies that want to avoid large capital investments in IT.
• Businesses that don’t want the uncertainty of what next years IT spend will be.
• Growing businesses that want to add users and sites quickly.
• Businesses that require a user friendly, customisable user interface.

5 User hosted server environment including the following:

• 5 user XenApp server
• Exchange email 5 user (Email plus shared calendars and contacts)
• Open Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint compatible product)
• Daily backup of server of up to 100Gb data
• System Monitoring and telephone support for hosted system
• Storage facilities for email and data for up to 100Gb
• Ability to synchronize email onto a windows mobile based phone
• Anti Virus on the server

Applicable to both Standard and Premium Hosted Server

Site equipment:
If extra equipment is required this can be provided for an additional rental cost.

Other considerations:

• Network cabling and internet circuits can be provided separately if required (cost subject to survey)
• Other applications such as accountancy packages and databases can be installed onto this system at an additional cost.
• Telephone and on-site support for the office equipment and configuration can be provided if required.
