Connect Systems have experience in managing and implementing many and varied IT projects for our clients. From a pure project management role through to providing staff to implement the project, our involvement can be as flexible as required.

We also manage the IT requirements of your office relocations, which can include:

• Installation of data, voice and power cabling.
• ISP liaisons – to enable internet access into your new location and the appropriate lead times are met.
• Decommission and reinstallation of IT and Audio visual equipment at your new premises, including any necessary reconfiguration work.
• Installation of all new IT,TV and Audio equipment
• Telephone Integration - recommend and install a phone system that is cost effective and allows integration with other software.

Our team of experienced project managers ensure that your project is organised down to the finest of detail. This ensures that there is minimal disruption, reduced risk and the project is completed on time and in budget.

Examples of recent projects we have had involvement in are:

• PC operating system and application software upgrades across an asset management organisation
• Upgrade of an email system from Infinite Interchange to Exchange 2003 Enterprise Edition across a multi-site organisation.
• Upgrade of the server and installation of a remote access solution for a search and selection company. This was carried out whilst simultaneously moving the comms room within the office.
• Management of an office remodel including partitioning work, audio visual design and setup. This was followed by internal desk relocations for multiple users (involving additional data and electrical cabling).
