Having used Connect for over 10 years now I continue to be impressed with their service levels and efficiency. Not only are the day to day issues resolved promptly, I have found them very proactive in the development of our systems keeping us fully updated with the various technological changes.

The entire team actually feel that we are more productive on any given day now that we are on the new Connect Systems Private Cloud. Waiting for things to happen is now a thing of the past. The new hosted platform is instantaneous. We congratulate Connect Systems on the advancement of hosted technologies.

We have only recently moved to Connect Systems for ICT support, but our experience so far is excellent; the team are helpful, support is rapid and our network is already more stable.
