Systems Support Connect systems support contracts are flexible and designed to cater for all the users’ needs from general housekeeping to supporting more complex solutions.

The object of this complete service is to either augment existing IT staff, or for smaller organisations to entirely eliminate the need for internal IT personnel.

As part of any contract we always prepare a systems audit file prior to taking a site on support. This helps us to familiarise ourselves with the configuration and to identify any problems that may exist.. The audit also provides vital information to a non-nominated engineer who needs to attend site for a support call.

As with all of our support contracts you will be assigned a Senior Engineer who will be your Technical Account Manager, and a secondary systems engineer. These two engineers will be in most cases the people providing the telephone and on-site support.

The contract we offer is based on a total number of hours to be used during the year. As this can vary considerably, we review hours used on a quarterly basis. From this we can adjust the contract accordingly. This ensures that the contract amount is a fair and true representation of the work carried out.
