Since taking over the IT support we have consolidated the systems, providing a much easier to manage IT solution. We have also helped them recruit a first line IT technician to take care of the day to day issues and we meet regularly with key members of staff to review and update the 3 year IT roadmap to ensure they are staying ahead of the curve.
