Connect Systems LLP will become Connect Systems Limited on 1st February 2021. All of the partners of Connect Systems LLP will become directors of the new business.
Any contracts you have with Connect Systems LLP will be automatically assigned to Connect Systems Limited as per the assignment clause and any direct debit mandates will also be transitioned across. You do not need to do anything to action these changes.
There will be no other changes to the services we provide.
