Chesham, Buckinghamshire
Initially the role will be to work alongside one of the senior members of the team, to develop their accounts and get up to speed, assisting with looking after a broad customer base day to day. There will be team and personal targets associated with the role and above all the job is to make sure that all customer needs are met in a timely manner.
This will progress to managing your own set of accounts with assistance from the senior member of the team as required, to develop your business and build long standing relationships with your customers.

To perform installations, field and helpdesk support, mainly in London, the Home Counties and at our offices in Chesham.
You must be a team player with good communication skills and a friendly personality, have excellent troubleshooting skills, and be good at administration and documentation.
Experience of installing/supporting the following technologies:
